  • Brush with a toothbrush and little toothpaste.
  • Circle round the gum line with a vibrating motion for approximately 10 seconds for each tooth.
  • Take your time to brush each tooth.
  • Brush the top teeth down and the bottom teeth up. Do not forget to brush the palate and your tongue.
  • Follow each night's brushing with flossing in order to eliminate any plaque missed during brushing.
  • Slowly pull waxed floss between braces and wire.
  • Diligently floss around the braces.
  • Meticulously floss around the gums.
  • Floss around every tooth.
  • Check for results that can either return a good oral hygiene, or indicate bad flossing and brushing.
